Cardio drumming is a fun, full-body workout incorporating drumming, music, rhythm, and movement. The hour-long session will include a warm-up, workout, and cool-down. Cardio drumming includes squatting, jumping, and core work, but it will leave you smiling, sweating, and feeling great. It's one of the most fun workouts you'll ever do! ALL ability levels are welcome, and the movements are adaptable to your needs and abilities.Students in 6th grade and up are welcome when registering/attending with an adult participant.
Each participant must bring their own drumsticks, a large Yoga/Exercise Ball, and 5 gallon bucket. Drumsticks can be purchased from the instructor for $2 a pair at class
