Description
Adult. Join us for a chance to elevate your practice even further by participating in an additional 8 weeks of Tai Chi. With attendance flexibility, you can decide for yourself which class day/time works best each week - attend either Monday mornings or Thursday evenings, or both! If you attend both, you are essentially getting two classes for the price of one. So whether you seek a serene start to your week or a tranquil mid-week escape, our classes provide the perfect sanctuary for you to rejuvenate your spirit and enhance your holistic well-being. The studio is located one flight downstairs and there is no elevator available. Instructor: Master Wasentha Young. 8 weeks. No class 7/1 and 7/4.Rec & Ed classes follow AAPS COVID & Health Guidance.
